# Safe Bot Action Speed

**Good to know:** We will always recommend you to use the lowest possible speed at the beginning, and then slowly raise it.

Use low speed, then increase it to medium speed after a month. High speed is for verified accounts only. Any unverified accounts using very high or high speed will be "action blocked" by Instagram.
