To fix this error, do following steps:

• Try again immediately

• If step 1 fails, Try again just after 1 minutes.

• If step 2 fails, Try again just after 1 and half minutes.

NOTE THAT, IF YOU ARE USING YOUR OWN PROXY, THEN THERE MIGHT BE ISSUE WITH YOUR PROXY...
